30-Day “Sleepfullness” Guarantee on Courses

The Sleepfull Digital Courses were expertly developed for the health and wellness of parents and babies and include guidance and tools to help you support your child through learning to sleep independently (and happily!). However, we understand that these tools may not be the right fit for every family. If you feel your course wasn’t the right fit, we offer a 30-day “Sleepfullness” Guarantee, which includes a full refund on your purchase.

Send an email to hello@sleepfullbaby.com from the email address you used to make the purchase / the email you use to log into your account within 30 days of your purchase to request a refund. Refunds requested any other way (i.e. via a social media DM, a comment, to a different email address, via our website contact form etc.) will not be processed.

After 30 days of purchase, refunds will not be granted. This includes customers who have not completed or accessed the coursework.

Email Support Package

Full refunds will be offered if requested within 24 hours of purchase OR before the client completes the questionnaire. An email response to the questionnaire will be sent to the client within 72 hours after being received and only if it is received with the accompanying signed contract. This email support package is limited to a 30-day duration, which begins once the initial email response is sent to the client. Email packages that remain unused (i.e. the questionnaire has not been filled out of the contract has not been signed) is non-refundable after 30 days of purchase.

The guidance provided is highly dependent on the caregiver for results, and is a comprehensive and personalized expert response; as such, there are no refunds once the questionnaire has been submitted.

Complimentary email support is available via hello@sleepfullbaby.com for help with choosing the right course, navigating a course, clarifying questions about a course, and general questions that can be answered by directing you to a helpful social media post, blog post, or quickly answered without needing any background information. This email resource is not intended to assist in troubleshooting sleep issues beyond what can be found on our social media or blog, personalized advice or 1-2-1 guidance regarding implementing one of our courses, or detailed assistance. Our courses provide deep and specific tools to help solve baby and toddler sleep issues and are our recommendation for troubleshooting ongoing sleep issues.

Chargebacks

With the purchase of any Sleepfull product, you agree to make your best effort to direct any refund requests following the process listed above before disputing the charge with your financial institution. Accounts that have made a chargeback attempt agree to have access to the coursework associated with the chargeback immediately and permanently revoked. We reserve the right to present proof of your access and these Terms to the financial institution investigating the dispute.

Sharing, Copying, or Distributing Content

The purchase of your Sleepfull course is meant to be shared within a single household. Sharing or distributing passwords and logins, coursework materials, downloads, and imagery with anyone outside the household or on social media is expressly prohibited. Customers found to be sharing materials in any of the manners noted here agree to have their access to all Sleepfull coursework revoked and forfeit their access to the “Sleepfullness” 30-day money-back guarantee. We reserve the right to take legal action against those found to be copying, distributing, or selling any trademarked content by Sleepfull or any such derivative works, as well as selling login access.
